CMI Assessment
Assessment for the Certificate is by a combination of assignment and examination for all four units.
For the Diploma, eight assignments are required, one of which is assessed for qualification plus an assessed project.
Successful completion of each component of the CMI syllabus can be ‘banked’ towards the final full Level 4 Diploma.

This qualification is suitable for people who have operational or line management responsibility for a small team in all industries.

This qualification is designed for supervisors and first line managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity.
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification. However, candidates are likely either to hold a Certificate in Team
Leading and/or have a few years experience at supervisory or first line management level.
