DLC use a range of training methods to ensure you get the highest quality training to suit your needs, these include:

Distance Learning
This is our flagship, DLC started out by delivering high quality and flexible distance learning programmes with a difference.We use some of the top experts in the country to ensure the maximum return on investment for both individuals and their companies.This method of training allows the individual to study at a time that suits them to ensure they get the most out of the time they put in.The learner has expert support to ensure they are able to implement what they have learned; and a personal tutor to structure their learning to ensure motivation is maintained throughout.

Classroom Training
DLC’s classroom courses are accredited by one of our certified institutes: IOM, CIPS, CILT (UK), CMI, IE, City & Guilds, OCR or ILM. Some of these courses are delivered purely in the classroom whilst others are there to support distance-learning students.

Each programme uses practical and theoretical examplesand is scheduled conveniently to reduce time away from work. Each accredited course is supported using our proven two-tutor approach, designed to support the learner in their course work, implementation of their skills and provide motivation and guidance.

Everything we do is designed to delive the highest quality of education, training and skills improvement in the marketplace. Our classroom programmes, as with all of our study methods, benefit from the use of top tuition experts with vast industrial expertise.

Seminars / Workshops (short, sharp courses)
DLC's short courses are designed to inject high quality knowledge into key areas of a business, quickly. They are short 1 to 2 day workshops led by industry experts to increase the competence of an individual in these key areas.

They have been developed using our vast experience and have been influenced by the demand we receive for core topics in our qualification courses and bespoke initiatives. These workshops are held in purpose built classroom facilities or can be run from your own training facilities in-house (for in-company training).

In-company Delivery (for groups in the workplace)
This highly successful workforce development solution is a major operational area for DLC. Again utilising the first class industry expertise that we have.An industry expert takes a group of people through a course tailoring it to both the individuals and the company’s needs.

This can be a short, workforce development programme or a full qualification from any area within the brochure. We are currently in the process of delivering highly successful, results-focused, in-company training right across the country.

On-line
This is a flexible method of studying either key competence subject areas or a full qualification.
