Quality Management

We have always operated to some of the most stringent quality standards available having designed them more in line with industry quality standards than with training. In any given year we are accredited by up to 11 separate bodies and we always reach the highest standards within training.

Despite this, our quality systems are very different to those of our awarding bodies they are designed around ensuring that the individual learner and industry are receiving the highest possible levels of support and service from Durham Logistics College.

Our systems measure learner satisfaction, client satisfaction and our own standards of delivery and quality of materials. Every quarter, the tutors have a rigid assessment of the quality of their delivery and ongoing continued professional development is always in motion within DLC.
